🏡 Three Peas, One Pod: A Bittersweet Goodbye

Sometimes the stars align just right—and what begins as a simple inquiry ends in something far more magical.

Not long ago, we were contacted by a family looking to welcome sugar gliders into their lives. We offered a few possibilities: Lucky and Wendy, a sweet pair already housed together, and S’morie, their quirky little neighbor who had recently bounced back from her early health hurdles.

After some thought, the family decided on Wendy and Lucky—a bonded duo with a calm rhythm and familiar comfort between them. It made perfect sense. Their personalities balanced each other beautifully, and we were thrilled to see them find a forever home together.

But before the week was out… our inbox pinged again.
They’d fallen in love.

They asked if S’morie was still available. She was. And not long after, she joined her old friends in their new chapter—turning a pair into a trio once more.

It’s hard to say goodbye, especially to three such special little souls. But we know they’re exactly where they’re meant to be, and we’re grateful beyond words that they get to continue their journey together.

🌙✨ As we say farewell to one trio, we turn our gaze toward the next phase of the Grove’s story. With Link and Aryll growing fast, and little Twinkle right on their heels, we’re beginning to think through some important housing decisions. Who will thrive best with whom? Which personalities will blend, and which need their own space to shine?
